To kick off your project smoothly, our team needs administrator access to your WordPress site. This allows us to set up plugins, apply design updates, and ensure everything runs seamlessly — all within the scope of work we’ve agreed upon.
You can provide access in one of two secure ways:
Option 1: Create a New Admin Account (Recommended) #
Creating a new admin user is the most secure and controlled method. You maintain full ownership of your site, while giving our team the access we need to get started.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard
- Go to Users → Add New
- Enter the following details:
- First Name: Contrivex
- Last Name: Team
- Email: hello@contrivex.com
- Role: Administrator
- Click Add New User
Once added, we’ll receive an email notification and can begin preparing your site for updates.
Option 2: Share Your Existing Login Credentials #
If it’s easier for you, you can share your current WordPress admin credentials directly with us.
We recommend changing your password after the project is complete for added security.
Please send your credentials to hello@contrivex.com through a secure email or file transfer method.
