Do you host my email?
No. Your email stays where it is, and we leave your email settings exactly as they are when we move your site.
Who owns my site and domain?
You do.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a user on your site, so no passwords change hands.
Will my site go down during the move?
We copy your site to a private test address first, you approve it, then we switch over at a quiet time.
What happens to my old host?
Keep it for 7 days after you go live. Once everything is stable, you cancel it yourself.
What counts as a change?
On Rebuild + Care, one request at a time, each about 1 hour or less. Bigger work like redesigns, e-commerce builds or custom code is quoted as a project.
What if my site is already hacked?
We clean it up before we move it. Cleanup is included on Rebuild + Care, and a one-time fee on other plans.
How do I update my card or see invoices?
Use your own billing page. The link comes in your welcome email and every monthly report. You can update your card, download invoices and manage your plan there anytime.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
