Last updated: December 16th, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the web hosting, maintenance, and support services provided by Contrivex (“Provider”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”). By signing up for a hosting plan, paying for our services, or using our client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) & UPTIME GUARANTEE
We guarantee that our network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
2.1. Remedy for Downtime If we fail to meet this guarantee, the Client is eligible for a service credit of 5% of their monthly hosting fee for every hour of downtime beyond the 99.9% threshold, up to a maximum of 100% of the monthly fee.
- Credits are applied to future invoices and are not refundable as cash.
