To help Contrivex set up, optimize, or manage your GoHighLevel workspace, you’ll need to securely share access to your account. This guide walks you through the exact steps to invite Contrivex to your GoHighLevel dashboard safely and efficiently.

Step 1: Log in to Your GoHighLevel Account #

1. Visit https://app.gohighlevel.com.
2. Sign in using your account credentials (email and password).
3. Once logged in, ensure you’re on the correct sub-account or agency view, depending on what Contrivex needs to access.

Step 2: Navigate to the Team Management Section #

1. In the left sidebar, click Settings ⚙️.
2. Choose Team Management (or My Staff, depending on your version).
3. Click the + Add Employee or Add User button.

Step 3: Add Contrivex as a Team Member #

1. In the popup window, enter the following details:
   • Name: Contrivex Team
   • Email: hello@contrivex.com
2. Choose the role you want them to have:
   • Admin access → full management of automation, funnels, and integrations.
   • User access → limited access, good for specific setup or support tasks.
3. Make sure to check “Send Invitation” so they’ll receive an invite via email.

Step 4: Assign Access to the Correct Sub-Account #

If you have multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts (for different clients or brands):

1. Go to Agency View → Accounts.
2. Find the account you’d like Contrivex to work in.
3. Click the user icon or Manage Access option and add the Contrivex email there as well.

Step 5: Confirm Access and Security #

• Once the invitation is sent, Contrivex will receive an email to accept and set up their login.
• You can monitor access anytime under Settings → Team Management.
• If the project ends or you wish to remove access, simply disable or delete the user from this menu.

(Optional) Share Agency-Level API Keys or Integrations #

If Contrivex needs to integrate with tools like Zapier, Facebook Ads, or Calendly:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Copy any required API keys or share temporary credentials securely.
3. Avoid sending passwords directly over email — use a tool like 1Password or Google’s built-in password sharing feature for safety.
